Spy Update - Coronavirus

SPY UPDATE – CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

At the International Spy Museum, our guest experience is paramount.  We have been vigilantly monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak and have been in close communication with local and national government, health, and travel/tourism leadership.

It is with this knowledge and coordination that we made the decision to temporarily close our doors beginning Monday, March 16th.

In the interim, we will continue to share spy facts and stories on our social media channels, through our weekly podcast, SpyCast, and via a full slate of virtual programming. We are also providing free educational resources including lesson plans and activities to jump-start learning and play.

For information on rescheduling visits and other questions, contact:

  • Call Center 202.393.7798 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST Monday - Friday. Email: info@spymuseum.org
    • NOTE: Due to the high volume of calls and emails, it may take 24-48 hours to respond. We ask for your patience as we address every case.
    • Groups and Private Events will be rescheduled when possible. Please contact your Sales Account team member.

Please consider supporting the International Spy Museum with a tax-deductible gift to help us weather the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. We do not receive any government funding - your support makes our nonprofit mission possible.

Thank you for your support.  We look forward to opening up our doors again and getting back to what we love: sharing the fascinating history of espionage with you all.
