We expect to be busy during the popular Holiday touring season. Some galleries or interactives may have brief wait times. Museum staff and volunteers will be in the exhibition to assist in your mission.
We recommend you purchase your timed-entry tickets in advance. Arrive at your ticket time (early entry is not possible and you have a 15 minute window after the ticket time) to enter the brief elevator queue for the exhibition. You may exit the exhibition at any time and return later that day to complete your mission. Even spies need a break.
A successful mission doesn’t mean you have to see and do everything (but we love it when you do). There are two floors/over 25,000 square feet of exhibits. Pace yourself and know you can skip something that is busy and always come back to see it at a later time.
The popular Undercover Mission is great for most ages (children under 6 will need adult assistance). You do not need to do every interactive to succeed on your mission. Make sure to retrieve your results in the Debriefing Center before you leave.
