With nearly 20 years of experience in customer service and business development, Rebecca possesses an extensive background in various industries however museums have always been a passion of hers! After completing her B.A. in History, she interned at the National Museum of Bermuda for several months and later volunteered at The Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. She adamantly believes we should never stop learning and loves to travel! One of her favorite things about working at SPY is seeing the excitement and interest of guests as they explore the museum and discover all it has to offer!
With over 10 years in the museum customer service industry, and 7 specifically in the Group travel market, Talisa has worked with groups of all kinds – from tour operators to school groups to scout groups. Joining the SPY team two years ago, Talisa worked as the Group Call Center Coordinator, and eventually progressed to managing the Group Tour and Travel market. Talisa’s goal is to make every client’s experience enjoyable from the initial inquiry to the group’s arrival. Talisa’s favorite part of the SPY museum is the Covert Action section!
