Embrace your inner stealthy spy and join us for yoga at the International Spy Museum. To master the art of espionage, agents must learn to control body, mind, and spirit. Experience an all-level yoga flow session led by instructor Beth A. Wolfe, accompanied by a sound bath led by Mel of Beyond Yoga, a yoga teacher certified in crystal alchemy sound healing. Harmonic chords and binaural sounds will be played which promote balance and relaxation.

We will practice among the clouds on the Museum's rooftop terrace which offers a sweeping view of the SW waterfront (the Wharf), National Airport, and Nationals Park.

All are welcome--the class is open to brand new and seasoned yogis alike! No previous yoga experience required. Please purchase tickets in advance and BYO yoga mat.

Meet Beth A. Wolfe

Beth is an Arlington VA-based Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500). She hosts a variety of unique yoga experiences, including the always-entertaining Goat Yoga, Silent Disco Yoga, Glow and Flow, Art & Yoga, and Kitten/Puppy Yoga and more.
