Certificate of participation in the Manhattan Project for Mabel F. Owsley dated 6 August 1945. Certificate is signed by Secretary of War Stimson. 

It states:

"United States of America/War Department / Army Service Forces - Corps of Engineers / Manhattan District. This is to certify that Mabel F. Owsley, Monsanto Chemical Corporation has participated in work essential to the production for the Atomic Bomb, thereby contributing to the successful conclusion of World War II.
