MLK Day of Service

Volunteer Opportunity

Rendezvous Info

Briefing

The 2020 MLK Day of Service is almost here – and Americans across the country are rolling up their sleeves in service. Are you ready to get out and serve?

Each visitor to the International Spy Museum is invited to participate in Undercover Mission, an interactive experience that enables them to take on a cover identity and test their spy skills. Visitors are provided with a badge containing RFID technology that enhances this experience. The badges and lanyards require assembly and the Museum can go through more than 3,000 a day!

Please help us fulfill our mission to serve our local and visiting communities and provide them immersive, interactive, and fun learning opportunities that reveal the secret world of intelligence.  No experience is necessary and no minimum commitment is needed. We appreciate any and all volunteer assistance. This opportunity is available to all age groups.

For more information please email volunteer@spymuseum.org.

How This Helps Our Community

The mission of the International Spy Museum is to educate the public about espionage and intelligence in an engaging way and to provide a context that fosters understanding of their important role in, and impact on, current and historic events. Undercover Mission is a vital (and very popular) experience that enhances guests' understanding of our content. If you believe that arts, culture, history, science, education, current affairs, or creating a better informed citizenry are important - then this is a great opportunity to help advance those goals! This volunteer opportunity is also a great way to get more involved in your local community and support local nonprofit organizations.
