Confirmation
When your group's tour date is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to finalize your reservation. Please make all checks payable to International Spy Museum and send to 800 F Street. NW, Washington, DC 20004, Attn: Group Sales.
Cancellation and Reconciliation Policy
A FINAL COUNT of the total number of paid visitors in your group is required 14 days (minimum) prior to your reservation date to reconcile your payment. If the number of paid visitors in your group has decreased, you will be refunded the difference. If the FINAL COUNT is higher than confirmed, payment is required at this time and your reservation will be changed to guarantee admission. Group cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your reservation date will be refunded 100%. If you do not provide a FINAL COUNT 14 days or more prior to your reservation date, the number of paid visitors reflected by your confirmed reservation automatically becomes your FINAL COUNT. If your group arrives with fewer visitors than your FINAL COUNT, you are not eligible for a refund. If more visitors arrive with your group, and capacity permits, payment for the additional group members is required in full and they will gain admission. Given capacity limitations, we may not be able to accommodate an increase in group visitors without the minimum 14 days notice. Group cancellations made within 14 business days of your visit are not eligible for refunds.
