The Arrival Process

Prior to arrival please advise your group to leave backpacks and large bags behind in order to expedite our security check and remind them that videography, photography, food, chewing gum and all beverages are prohibited within the exhibition areas. Seating within Spy City Cafe is only available to paying customers.
Upon your group’s arrival, please arrive at the F Street entrance, located at the front of the building. The Group Leader (only) should then enter the building (via the F Street Entrance) to check in with the lobby staff.

If arriving by bus, please keep your guests on the bus until they are properly greeted by a Museum staff member.

Please arrive in front of the Museum as close to the corner of 8th and F Street as possible. In our effort to avoid accidents please ensure that the bus exit doors are facing the Museum. Buses must be in compliance with these instructions to ensure the safe and easy entrance of your guests.

The International Spy Museum does not offer onsite bus parking. Many local motorcoach companies are familiar with free/metered area parking options or will choose to pay and park at Union Station (50 Massachusetts Avenue, NE. 202.898.1950), or at City Center Parking (9th Street between New York Avenue and H Street NW) for the approximate rate of $20.00 per day. Motorcoaches should load and unload on F Street. See motorcoach loading and unloading map (in PDF format) and directions.
